Lactation and Recovery Nutrition (@1 month postpartum onwards) 5. Baby First Solid Foods Preparation and Cooking demo (@ 5 to 6 months postpartum) 6. Toddler Nutrition and Recipe demo (@10 to 18 months postpartum)
