Best Snacks Under 200 Calories

Snack Time!
A pregnant mom needs additional 200 calories daily. There is really not much 'EXTRA' calories to indulge on... Here's some healthier snacks that are less than 200 calories!
- 1 glass of Low-fat fruit smoothie
- 1 bowl of Soya beancurd (Tau Huay)
- 1 Spring roll (Popiah) 
- 1 Yogurt mueseli bar
- 1 slice of cheese toast with veggie bits
- 1 small bowl of baked unsalted nuts
- 1 bowl of fresh mixed fruits
